About Us

Established in 2026, Calfkiller Bend Campground came to fruition by determination to keep the riverfront property and farm in our family for generations to come.  We are a third-generation cattle farmer, and while it has been used primarily to run cattle, we thought it would be an even better place to camp.    The inspiration for our name and logo of course comes from the Calfkiller River that runs along the campground, but more importantly is a subtle nod to our grandfather and father’s name, C.B.   After all, it all started with them! This is our little slice of paradise, and It is our hope that you and your family take away memories that will last a lifetime just as we have!
